About as k-bar as it gets. Beer, soju, k-bar comfort food (ttokbokki w/ ramen, fried chicken, etc)

Just dropped by for a quick bite and the food was pretty good. It was my first time and I definitely enjoyed the rice cakes and korean pancakes. There's other food available and obviously drinks as well. Cute and small little place to kick back

We've come here a few times now, most recently after dinner at Quarters next door...We just absolutely love Toe Bang. It's such a great place to grab some drinks late after dinner. They offer soju, beer, hard liquor, and an assortment of Korean dishes that go well with drinking. It's just such a comfortable place to hangout and drink. Service is prompt, attentive and friendly. I love that they have a ringer bell at the table so that you don't have to flag someone down to order something..especially when they're busy. They're open until 2am, but we were the last customers remaining at around 1:30 am. I'm sure the servers wanted to go home, but I never felt rushed and they were so nice about it. Thanks so much!!

My friend recommend this place to meet up and it did not disappoint! We had a group of 5 and these were the food that we got and we got full off of them. The portions size was just right to feed everyone and we did take a few leftovers home. The drink was so good and not strong at all and I love the shape of the bottle and how the ice is there so the drinks can stay cool without it being diluted. We got the kimchi fried rice with an egg and I like how well everything blends and was cooked together where the kimchi was soft enough and no too hard. We also got the chicken and it was a bit spicy for me but the server was attentive when the water in the bottle was running low. I went at a not busy time so it was pretty quiet where you can have a conversation and still listen to the tv. However, parking can be hard to find so a heads up on that.

I came here for a friend's birthday party. Because of the noise level, it is a bit difficult to have a conversation, but I liked the high energy environment. The restaurant has outdoor seating, but we sat inside. I liked the spicy rice cake (tteokbokki), popcorn chicken, seafood pancake, and yogurt soju. The service at Toe Bang Cafe is friendly, although it was sometimes difficult to get the attention of the waiter. It also didn't help that our table's call button was broken. Parking can be challenging and pricey. For those who don't want to worry about parking, there is an option for valet. I would recommend making a reservation as it was very busy and there was a line to get in.

Great place to eat and drink with friends, plus Chapman plaza is a great vibe. I was craving Korean food after work and Toe Bang was open which was a huge plus (I had considered ordering from Star Night but they didn't open till 5pm so they didn't get my business!). To go order: #48 Stir fry squid with extra rice noodles (8/10) Total after tax: $36 A bit pricey and a lot of food for one person but I ate it for 3 meals (I finished about 90% of the spicy squid). Defintely didn't need the extra rice noodles and unfortunate if it the price of the squid doesn't include one order of rice noodles. The charged me two and it was way too much. Next time I'll just order it as is and confirm it comes with at least one order. Lots of squid, and cooked perfectly (tender and chewy but not rubbery or overcooked). Decent amount of veggies - cabbage, carrot, scallion, mushrooms, zucchini. Would order again but maybe just not for myself! (Worth noting that initially I wanted to order this plus the seafood pancake but the total came to $65. Better if you have multiple people to split with)

One of the best spots in Koreatown, hands down. No matter what the occasion is, Toe Bang is the place to go. After dinner? Yes. After the Blackpink concert? Yes. After clubbing? Yes. We always opt for the hot Cheetos corn cheese, and have incorporated their steamed egg and chicken gizzard into our rotation. The trifecta of meals, and absolutely perfect for any occasion. The restaurant itself has plenty of TVs, and is presents the opportunity to catch any sports games through the night. It's definitely a bar, and with lots of drinking taking place all night long so, expect it to get a little wild. Parking is limited and the plaza does offer valet, which is often full.

Came here on Friday for late dinner with a party of 5 and was seated right away. Parking was pretty full, even with valet we had to wait a little for a spot to open up. We ordered the corn cheese, which was had a good stretch of cheese. Some places skimp out on the cheese sometimes. We got the steamed egg which was a pretty large serving. It was the perfect texture and was so flavorful. We got the BBQ beef ribs and the spicy rice cake with noodle. The ribs were tender and the tteokbokki really hit the spot. It had plenty of rice cake and noodles to share. We ordered a variety of skewers. Chicken gizzard, sausage, fish cake, garlic, scallop and rice cake wrapped in bacon. All were great but my favorite was the sausage and scallop. We also ordered the seafood pancake. This was the highlight of the meal. The pancake was so flavorful and savory with the sauce. It's one of the best Korean pancakes I've had. Overall I would definitely recommend a try here, especially if you're looking for some late night Korean food with a fun atmosphere. Great food, great service and a great time!
